Part-Time Remote Sales Executive (Appointment Setter)

Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Part-Time Remote Sales Executive to serve as a vital Appointment Setter. This role is crucial for our growth strategy, focusing on generating qualified appointments with C-level executives for our leadership team, primarily within the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels at generating interest and securing high-value meetings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Appointment Setting: Proactively reach out to target prospects, primarily C-level executives, via phone, email, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to introduce Toolfe's value proposition and secure high-quality meetings. The primary goal is to set appointments with the CEO/leadership.
  • Market Focus: Concentrate outreach efforts on the US and UK markets, with a specific focus on the US.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify potential leads to ensure they are a good fit for our IT and process automation services.
  • Sales Progress & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and communication in a CRM system. Prepare and submit a daily report on activities, progress, and results to management.
  • Results-Driven Engagement: Approach all sales activities with passion and a focus on bringing measurable results and showing progress.

Work Schedule and Location :


  • Location: 100% Remote.
  • Schedule: Part-Time. Work is expected approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekly Hours: Maximum of 22 hours per week.
  • Flexibility: The role offers flexible timing as long as work requirements and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Experience: Proven, successful experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a similar sales-focused role, with prior experience in setting up appointments.
  • Industry Focus: Prior experience targeting or selling into the US and UK markets is highly preferred, especially in the IT, Process Automation, or B2B software services sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with C-level executives.
  • Mindset: A strong work ethic, a hard-working nature, and a passionate approach to achieving targets.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and professional outreach tools is a plus.
