Responsibilities

• Project Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical feasibility of new projects, particularly in software development, app development, RPA, and AI, ensuring alignment with company goals and resource capabilities.
• Technical Advisory: Serve as the primary technical advisor for projects, providing guidance on architecture, technology stack, and best practices in relevant domains.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on software, app, RPA, and AI projects.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks related to software development, app development, RPA, and AI that can enhance project outcomes and overall company efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring that development teams adhere to design principles, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the CTO, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, technical challenges, and potential solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project quality.
• Technical Documentation: Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, app development, RPA, and AI-related technologies, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools, with a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RPA and AI technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on assessing feasibility and optimizing solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies, project requirements, and business priorities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
