Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and IT developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a focus on IT-related products and services.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the IT industry.
  • Conduct field visits and handle field sales activities to engage directly with potential clients.
  • Arrange and participate in direct business meetings, including on-site visits and client travel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the IT sector.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2- 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in selling IT-related products or services.
  • Strong ability to conduct field visits and manage field sales activities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
